Mischa Gone Goth?

I'm already having the worst summer of my life, and Mischa Barton almost blinded me by wearing this outfit to the Keds Photocall at Schuh Store in Oxford a few days ago:

Is she going goth now? I mean, look at the eyeliner around her eyes. I know, as a major fashion rule black is always supposed to look elegant, but loo at that. It's just WRONG from head to feet. Mischa is one of my favorite fashion icons, but she definitely struck out on this one.
